		Deposit Requirements: 2-3 nights payment in full 4 or more = 50% Rates based on family of 4 (2 adults / 2 children under 18) Daily Site includes Full Hook Up for 1 RV and 1 vehicle. Extra vehicle fee per night: $1.50 Extra Person Fee per night: All Ages! $4.00 No more than 8 people total allowed per site! $35.00 NSF Fee No Refunds for Early Departure *Reservations for specific sites cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate a specific request.* *Utility/Boat trailer storage is only available November through March. We do not provide long-term trailer storage onsite. Additional fee applies.* Cancellation Policy: 30 days or more Full Refund minus $10 admin fee 14-29 days ½ refund minus $10 admin fee 13 days or less: No Refund

Pontoon Boats *

$160 / full day (6 or more hours)
$115 / half day (4 hours)
$40 / hour (2 hour minimum)

Fishing Boats *

$75 / full day (6 or more hours)
$50 / half day (4 hours)
$20 / hour (2 hour minimum)

Golf Carts (limited)

Golf Carts are $30 per day. There are also Multi-day rate specials available on non-holidays. Speak to a reservation associate for more details.

Due to the popularity of our Golf Carts, it is highly recommended that you make advanced reservations prior to your stay. Carts are limited. All drivers must be at least 18 years of age.
